A bodysuit solves the oldest problem in getting dressed: what to put on first so everything after it behaves. Nothing rides up, nothing untucks itself by noon.

It sits at the center of the Foundation line's own logic — built to disappear beneath a blazer or stand alone under nothing at all, holding its shape through either use. Long sleeves keep it from reading as underwear; a close cut keeps it from reading as anything else.

Construction

80% nylon with 20% spandex at 220 g/m² (6.5 oz/yd²). Thin, with spandex through the cloth for stretch.

Bodycon, cropped through the length.

Details

Long sleeves on a regular shoulder.

Care

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron on low, avoiding any print. Do not dry clean.

The first layer, and sometimes the only one that matters.
