Return & Refund Policy

Our Policy

At NO NOISE™, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of wrong size ordered, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The print quality does not meet reasonable standards

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@nonoise.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. NO NOISE™ is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
