Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production has begun with our print-on-demand partner and cancellations cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window:
- Email support@nonoiseworld.com immediately with your order number
- Include "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line
- We will confirm cancellation and issue a full refund within 5–10 business days
Pre-Orders Pre-order items can be cancelled at any time before the estimated dispatch date. Contact us at support@nonoiseworld.com to cancel a pre-order.
Subscriptions NO NOISE™ does not currently offer subscription-based products or services.
Refunds on Cancellations Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
